1.2.9 SPI Splitter Service

This service allows to use the same SPI peripheral for a PLC Driver (PHY or G3 MACRT) and RF215 Driver. SPCK, MISO and MOSI lines are shared between both transceivers, while each transceiver is controled by a chip select (NPCS) line.
